How will my order be shipped?
We charge $7.00 (per coat) for shipping and handling for each order in Wisconsin, and $9.00 (per coat) out of state ($3.50 for each additional coat. Shipment is made via US Postal Service or UPS, and usually takes approximately 1-3 days to most parts of the USA. Other shipping arrangements can be made to suit your needs at additional coats, if any. Canadian and international shipments are handled on an individual basis. Please call or email us to handle the details.
How do I pay for my order?
Payment of your order is required before shipment. You can use your VISA or MASTER CARD. As always, you must provide us with your card number and expiration date.
How long will it take for my order to be completed?
In most cases, your order will be completed in ten working days or less, depending upon the measurement of your dog.
Can you order online?
In the very near future (probably mid-year 2005) we intend to offer secured online ordering. Currently, we do not offer that service. You should know; however, that our customers have never expressed problems with placing their orders over the phone. If you need to leave a message on our machine, we are very good about getting back to you ASAP. Your order is very important to us.
